We’re delighted to announce the signing of Mark “Marko” Brijeski to Team FUTWIZ. The Australian, who comes on a deal which allows him to continue to represent his Hyundai A-League team Sydney FC in FFA E-League competitions, has performed at a consistently high level throughout FIFA 17 and 18, qualifying for two regionals in 2017 and the FUT Champions Cup Manchester in 2018, where he was narrowly eliminated from the tournament by the eventual FeWC Playstation 4 Champion.

Marko also competed in the FFA Australian E-League for FIFA 18, representing Sydney FC – going undefeated throughout the regular season helping Sydney FC finish top of the table. Not just a professional FIFA player, Marko has been involved in content creation since he turned competitive, he streams his gameplay on and obtained Twitch partner status in 2017.

Whilst Marko will be representing Team FUTWIZ throughout the FIFA 19 season, as part of the agreement with Sydney FC he will continue to represent them in any FFA E-League competitions throughout FIFA 19, in collaboration with Team FUTWIZ.

Mark “Marko” Brijeski

“I’m very excited to start my journey with FUTWIZ and want to thank them for this amazing opportunity and believing in me for the next step in my FIFA Career. I would like to thank Sydney FC for the opportunity to venture out and take the next step in my career, they helped and supported me a lot to get to this very point which I didn’t think was possible a couple years ago.  I can’t wait to get started and hopefully build something special!”

FUTWIZ Dan (Team Manager)

“Marko is both an incredibly talented and popular member of the Australian FIFA scene and we’re delighted to welcome him to the team! When he approached us informing us of his wish to join Team FUTWIZ it was something we were very keen to explore. Having gotten to know him at tournaments both this year and last I’m certain he’ll be able to hit the ground running and settle into our team quickly, we’re very excited to see him compete throughout the year for us and for Sydney FC in the E-League.

On that note I’d like to say a big thank you to Sydney FC for allowing this deal to take place, we’re very much looking forward to working with them throughout what we hope will be a very successful year!”
